We are used to establishing strong and exclusive relations with our contacts; our customers are always followed by the same trader, who ends up knowing their history, their fleet and their routes, and anticipating their needs.

We carefully monitor the ship routes; our traders assess whether the planned one is the best port for the fuel supply (in the light of any safety issues or events that may result in disruptions, delays or ship detentions) and provide support to the customer, if necessary proposing a re-routing to another port.
The after-sales service is designed to fully protect the customer and to follow it throughout the stages of any claims. As we follow the whole supply chain, we can provide support at every stage.
The attention to the environment does not only include the IMO 2020 provisions for the global reduction of sulphur contents in fuels, but the whole fuel supply chain, at all process stages. We pay great attention to these issues, which are an integral part of high service quality.

Riviera Marine follows strict procurement procedures for each order placed by our customers. All products are accompanied by a Certificate of Quality and comply with the specifications contained in the standard ISO 8217:2017.
